Accounts and Access
How do I join a Workspace?
You need an invite from a Workspace admin. See Invite-Only Accounts.
Can I belong to more than one Workspace?
Yes. Your access is managed separately per Workspace.
Who can manage roles and invites?
Admins manage team access in Settings → Team & Roles.
Scout and Scheduler
What can I do in Scout?
Run lead discovery, manage lead status, and export lead data. See Scout Basics.
What can I do in Scheduler?
Manage services, availability, booking page, appointments, and contacts. See Scheduler Basics.
Why do I see “Module not enabled”?
That area is not currently available for your Workspace. See Module Not Enabled.
BYOK and Security
Where do I manage API keys?
Admins can manage keys in Settings → Workspace under Integration Keys (BYOK). See BYOK.
How should we handle key access?
Limit key management to trusted admins and rotate keys regularly.
