11to1 uses role-based access controls and Workspace-level isolation.

Access Control

  • Sign-in is required to use the app
  • Access is based on your Workspace role
  • Admin-only areas include team management and Integration Keys (BYOK) management

Workspace Isolation

Data and settings are separated by Workspace.

Sensitive Settings

For BYOK, keys are displayed in masked form after saving. Keep key access limited to trusted admins.

Activity Visibility

Use Settings → Activity Log to review Workspace activity.

Team Security Practices

  • Give admin access only when needed
  • Remove access promptly when roles change
  • Review team and key settings regularly
