BYOK

BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) lets your Workspace use your own provider keys.

Where to Manage Keys

Admins manage keys in Settings → Workspace under Integration Keys (BYOK).

What to Expect

  • Saved keys are shown in masked form
  • Key updates take effect after you save
  • Keys are scoped to your Workspace

Best Practices

  • Limit key management to trusted admins
  • Rotate keys regularly in your provider account
  • Update keys in 11to1 immediately after rotation

Common Issues

  • Save action unavailable: Confirm you are signed in with admin access
  • Provider rejects requests: Verify the key value in your provider account, then save again
  • After rotation, calls fail: Re-enter the latest key in Integration Keys (BYOK)
