What Is a Workspace?
A Workspace is your shared home for leads, appointments, settings, and team access.
Sign In and First Access
- Open the 11to1 app sign-in page
- If you were invited, use the invite link shared by your Workspace admin
- Sign in and open your Workspace

Roles and Permissions
Workspace access is role-based.
| Role | Typical access |
|---|---|
| Admin | Manage team access, Workspace settings, and Integration Keys (BYOK) |
| Member | Use day-to-day product areas based on Workspace access |
| Viewer | Read-only access where available |
App Navigation
The sidebar groups product areas:
- Dashboard: Overview
- Scout: Leads
- Scheduler: Appointments, Booking Page, Availability, Services, Contacts
- Settings: Workspace, Account, Setup Checklist, Activity Log, Team & Roles

Recommended First Steps
- Confirm team access in Settings → Team & Roles
- Configure Integration Keys (BYOK) in Settings → Workspace
- Run lead discovery in Scout → Leads
- Set up booking flow in Scheduler
