Troubleshooting
Use this guide for common issues in daily use.
I Can’t Sign In
- Confirm you are using the invited account
- Check for typing errors
- Retry from a fresh browser tab
If access still fails, contact your Workspace admin.
I Can’t Access Scout or Scheduler
If you see Module not enabled, your Workspace does not currently include that area.
- Admins can request access from the in-app prompt
- Members should contact their Workspace admin

My Invite Link Isn’t Working
Invite links can expire.
- Ask your Workspace admin to create and share a new invite link
- Open the latest invite link exactly as shared

Scout Is Not Returning Leads
- Add more domains or URLs
- Check for input mistakes
- Run Scout again with broader inputs

Export Did Not Download
- Check that your current list has data
- Try a smaller list or narrower filters
- Retry the export action
Scheduler Shows No Slots
- Confirm at least one service exists
- Confirm weekly hours are set
- Review breaks and blackout dates
