Use this guide for common issues in daily use.

I Can’t Sign In

  • Confirm you are using the invited account
  • Check for typing errors
  • Retry from a fresh browser tab

If access still fails, contact your Workspace admin.

I Can’t Access Scout or Scheduler

If you see Module not enabled, your Workspace does not currently include that area.

  • Admins can request access from the in-app prompt
  • Members should contact their Workspace admin

Invite links can expire.

  • Ask your Workspace admin to create and share a new invite link
  • Open the latest invite link exactly as shared

Scout Is Not Returning Leads

  • Add more domains or URLs
  • Check for input mistakes
  • Run Scout again with broader inputs

Export Did Not Download

  • Check that your current list has data
  • Try a smaller list or narrower filters
  • Retry the export action

Scheduler Shows No Slots

  • Confirm at least one service exists
  • Confirm weekly hours are set
  • Review breaks and blackout dates
