Scout Basics

Scout helps you discover and manage leads inside your Workspace.

Where to Work in Scout

Open Scout → Leads from the sidebar.

Run Lead Discovery

In the Scout inputs section:

  1. Add domains and/or manual URLs
  2. Add optional notes
  3. Click Run Scout

New leads are added to your leads list as they are processed.

Review and Update Leads

Each lead includes company details, owner, notes, and status.

You can update lead status directly in the list:

  • new
  • contacted
  • replied
  • scheduled
  • closed_lost

Export Leads

Use Export CSV from the leads page to download your current lead data.

Common Issues

  • No leads added: Broaden your input list and run Scout again
  • Run still in progress: Wait briefly, then refresh
  • Export did not download: Try again after narrowing your current list
  • Scout unavailable: See Module Not Enabled
