"Module Not Enabled"

If you open Scout or Scheduler and see Module not enabled, that area is not currently available for your Workspace.

What You Will See

  • A page message that the module is not enabled
  • Admins see a Contact support to enable action
  • Members should contact their Workspace admin

What To Do

  1. Confirm which module is unavailable
  2. Return to Dashboard to continue other work
  3. If you are an admin, use the support action on the page
  4. If you are a member, ask your admin to request access
