"Module Not Enabled"
If you open Scout or Scheduler and see Module not enabled, that area is not currently available for your Workspace.
What You Will See
- A page message that the module is not enabled
- Admins see a Contact support to enable action
- Members should contact their Workspace admin
What To Do
- Confirm which module is unavailable
- Return to Dashboard to continue other work
- If you are an admin, use the support action on the page
- If you are a member, ask your admin to request access
