Scheduler Basics
Scheduler helps your team turn interest into booked appointments.
Scheduler Areas
From the sidebar, Scheduler includes:
- Appointments
- Booking Page
- Availability
- Services
- Contacts
1) Configure Services
In Scheduler → Services, create the services you offer:
- Name
- Duration
- Price
- Deposit settings
2) Set Availability
In Scheduler → Availability, define:
- Weekly hours
- Break windows
- Blackout dates
3) Share Your Booking Page
In Scheduler → Booking Page, copy and share your booking link.
4) Manage Appointments
In Scheduler → Appointments, you can:
- Review upcoming and past appointments
- Confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments
- Export appointment data as CSV
Common Issues
- No booking slots visible: Check services and availability
- Appointments not showing: Refresh and confirm the correct Workspace
- Scheduler unavailable: See Module Not Enabled
