Scheduler Basics

Scheduler helps your team turn interest into booked appointments.

Scheduler Areas

From the sidebar, Scheduler includes:

  • Appointments
  • Booking Page
  • Availability
  • Services
  • Contacts

1) Configure Services

In Scheduler → Services, create the services you offer:

  • Name
  • Duration
  • Price
  • Deposit settings

2) Set Availability

In Scheduler → Availability, define:

  • Weekly hours
  • Break windows
  • Blackout dates

3) Share Your Booking Page

In Scheduler → Booking Page, copy and share your booking link.

4) Manage Appointments

In Scheduler → Appointments, you can:

  • Review upcoming and past appointments
  • Confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments
  • Export appointment data as CSV

Common Issues

  • No booking slots visible: Check services and availability
  • Appointments not showing: Refresh and confirm the correct Workspace
  • Scheduler unavailable: See Module Not Enabled
